Joseph Merhi is the Chief Executive Officer of Always Synergy and comes from an extensive background in security, with over 17 years experience in the industry.

Always Synergy ranks in the top 2% of security service providers Australia wide (in terms of number of guards employed), and is a Registered Training Organisation delivering high quality nationally recognized security courses.

Clients agree that Always Synergy provides a high standard of service giving it an aggregate score of over 97% which lead to national acclaim and the Australian Achiever Award in 2004 through to 2011, for excellence in customer service - a series of accolades we are most proud of.

Joseph believes Always Synergy's 'partnering' approach with its distinguished client base and personnel, together with an unsurpassed customer focus is the corner stone of its success.

Joseph and his management team's unrelenting focus on customers and employees sees Always Synergy enjoy one of the highest retention rates of clients and personnel in the industry. In fact, both our first client and our first security guard are still with us today.

Joseph is also a qualified Civil Engineer (UNSW) with a broad range of experience in construction and project management. His project management career includes many civil projects in the public and private sectors, including the M5 East Project in Sydney Australia, valued at over $500M.

As the CEO, Joseph has found a unique 'synergy' between Security, Project Management and Engineering. He successfully merged his experience in the security industry, with his management and leadership skills from multi-faceted engineering projects, to lead Always Synergy to achieve outstanding results in the provision of Security guarding and training services.

He has recently completed a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the prestigious Australian Graduate School of Management, lectures various security courses and heads up the highly customer orientated Always Synergy management team.
